Chris Good has been promoted to president, United Kingdom and Ireland, The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. (ELC). Good has held the position of managing director, UK and Ireland—ELC’s second largest market behind the U.S.—since 2012. He has been with the company for more than 20 years, holding various senior level positions globally, including general manager of Russia and senior vice president, Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East, India and Africa. In his new role, Good will continue to report to Cedric Prouvé, group president, international.

Sandra Main has been promoted to global brand president, La Mer. She has held the position of senior vice president, general manager, La Mer since 2009, leading the global growth of the brand, and largely responsible for the introduction of new product categories. She will continue to report to John Demsey, group president, Estée Lauder, M.A.C, Tom Ford Beauty, Prescriptives, Bobbi Brown, La Mer, Jo Malone, Smashbox, and Bumble and bumble.

Main started at ELC in 1995 as the Hong Kong brand manager for M.A.C. After 12 years with the brand, she assumed the position of senior vice president, Bobbi Brown International before joining the La Mer brand.
 
Guillaume Jesel has been appointed to the newly created position of senior vice president/general manager, global corporate innovation, for The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. He will transition from his current role as senior vice president, global and North America marketing for M·A·C Cosmetics to his new position, effective March 31, 2014. In his new position, he will report to Carl Haney, executive vice president, global research and development, corporate product innovation, package development for the company.

Jesel will lead global corporate innovation, including corporate technologies, external innovation and the company’s long-term innovation pipeline and portfolio. During his transition, he will work closely with Daria Myers, senior vice president, global corporate innovation and sustainability. Myers will remain an advisor to both Jesel and Haney.

Jesel has been with the company for 14 years, serving in a number of senior roles, including vice president, global makeup marketing for the Estée Lauder brand, and executive director of international, M·A·C Cosmetics. He has been in his current position since 2007; during this time, he has played an integral role in shaping the brand strategy with the M·A·C leadership team.
